Solosite gel is a hydrogel wound dressing with preservatives. It can donate moisture to rehydrate non-viable tissue. It absorbs exudate while retaining its structure in the wound. Solosite is used to create a moist wound environment for the treatment of minor conditions such as: minor burns, superficial lacerations; cuts and abrasions (partial thickness wounds); skin tears.

- Gentle formula of the dressing gel assists in autolytic debridement; enzymes and moisture break down dead tissue; non-sensitizing; won’t cause reactions in newly forming tissue .
- Helps in cooling down the wounded area; commonly used on minor burns, lacerations, skin tears, diabetic foot ulcers and surgical incisions
- Wound gel with preservatives contains allantoin; softens the top layer of skin, helping the wound shed dead cells and reducing scar tissue.
