Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
K&D Medical Direct ships to all 50 U.S. states and the following U.S. territories: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, are processed on the next business day. All orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii): Delivery times may vary and can take 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping to all U.S. addresses. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
