Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 850-696-5552.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of medical supplies, the following categories are non-returnable once opened or used:
- Opened or used medical supplies and personal care items.
- Items that have contact with skin, body fluids, or bodily openings.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the product price applies to all eligible returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and ship your item to:

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
